Processing and Shipping Timelines

Standard Shipping: Orders will ship within 1-4 business days, with a transit time of 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your package is in transit.

Express Shipping: Orders will ship within 1-2 business days, with a transit time of 1-2 business days.
You'll receive tracking information for each item once shipped. Please note that we do not control carrier service disruptions or delays.

Order Changes

To make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but will do our best to accommodate your request.

On-Farm Services
​
We do not offer same day delivery for online orders. However, if you're in Half Moon Bay or Watsonville, our Farms offer curbside pickup, and farm collection. Contact us for more details.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all online orders.

All our packages are sent via UPS®.

Tracking Information
​
Items from the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on if you're pre-ordering. You'll receive individual tracking information for each package.

We ship within the contiguous US to all 48 states.

30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee
​
We guarantee that your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. If not, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a free replacement. Please provide photos as proof of damage. You can also bring an online order into either of our farms for a replacement and a coffee.

Returns and Price Adjustments
​
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days so we can replace it as part of our 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee. Photos are required as proof of damage.
If an item you purchased at full price drops in price within 7 days of your purchase, contact us to refund the difference. Items originally purchased at a discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
